Enigma 224 views If every life and we are all on a journey in our search for meaning in life. We don’t always find it but the search itself is its own reward. The ultimate goal, in the Buddhist world, is to eliminate desire and attain enlightenment. Suthirak, as a Buddhist has encapsulated all of this in his “Enigma Series”. Colors are everything. Shades of grey equate with sadness and white, as always represents purity with pink for love, and red for passion. Thus we have the enigma of life from the soul of SuthirakMar 10, 2009

Rhapsody in Red 321 viewsThe rhythm of music is equated with the rhythm of life. Life as a rhapsody comprising pianissimo and crescendo and all in between and all captured by Suthirak in his magnificent rhapsody series. This is the vision contained in Suthirak’s rhapsody series of paintings with his classic use of color, using grey as bleakness, black for tragedy, eternal white for purity and blue for the sea surrounding this island paradise with green for the island environment and pink through to red for love and passion.
